*Family Sings at the North Branch Nature Center. 3 Saturdays, 10-11am. February 15th, March 14th, April 11th, 2019 You don't need to consider yourself a singer to find the joy and magic of songs in everyday life. In this family-friendly event all voices are welcome as Heidi Wilson leads songs rooted in the cycles of the seasons, community, and love. Everyone welcome, with or without their family! Suggested donation $5/person. No one turned away.
*Community Sings! At community sings folks of all ages come together to lift our voices in sweet harmony. We sing rounds, ballads, lullabies, songs for change, healing, and more. Heidi teaches the parts by ear, and all voices are welcome. A by donation event. Drop in anytime! Contact wilsonheidiann@gmail.com to get on the email reminder list.

Sarina Partridge, Rachel Rudi, and Heidi Wilson weave compelling a cappella harmonies. With boldness and subtlety they invite listeners and singers alike into a world of living songs.In these community circle songs workshops Heartwood will teach songs that are accessible enough for everyone to join in and quickly create satisfying rich harmonies together! Many of the songs are Heidi and Sarina's originals, caught from the universe recently, and sung to mark the cycle of seasons without and within. A cappella concerts will feature songs from our ancestral lineages; songs sung in Yiddish, Scots Gaelic, and Swedish. This tour will be a musical journey back through time, with attention to where we come from and to what we carry forward.

Everyday Songs for EveryoneSunday, Oct 14th, 2018 from 3-4:30pm at the Public library in Albany, VT. "You don't need to consider yourself a singer to find the usefulness of songs in everyday life. In this family-friendly workshop led by Heidi Wilson, we will learn songs for bedtime, for birthdays, for meal times, for cleaning up, for finding courage and for just having fun! This is a chance to learn some simple songs that can fill our days with homegrown music. Labyrinth Sacred Sing, Monday May 30th (Memorial Day) 7:30pm. Hosted by St. Johnsbury Area Interfaith Partners. North Congregational Church, 1325 Main St, St. Johnsbury (on the south lawn*) Rain/cold location St. Andrew's Church, 1265 Main St. You are warmly invited to join in an evening of simple, harmony-rich singing as an offering to the whole and the holy, a place to connect with our essential selves and with Mystery. We'll bring our voices together to sing beautiful, accessible, spirit and soul-centered music, interspersed with moments of quiet. Songs shared will be a combination of originals, music created in the moment, and songs passed down through friends (chosen with attention to their original source and cultural context.) ALL voices, faiths, and generations welcome.*You may want to bring a lawn chair or something to sit on.

Winter Solstice Community Sing Dec 21 ~ 7:30-8:30pm, hasjoined with the Solstice Party atAll Together Now, 170 Cherry Tree Hill Rd, East Montpelier. Join in songs of dark and light. All voices and ages welcome! The ATN Solstice party is an intergenerational celebration with food, singing, skits, bonfire, and general revelry. Potluck at 5pm, puppetry and comedy at 7ish followed by singing and bonfire. Depending on the weather and the group we'll either find a quiet indoor space to sing, or sing around the fire. Vocal Play and Honing Harmonies; a singing workshop for Women and Trans Folks folks.Saturday Oct 24th 10am-5pm, at the Plainfield Friends Meetinghouse 203 Martin Meadow Rd in Plainfield, VT. In this day-long workshop we will explore the simple and transformational power of singing together! I'm freshly inspired from my study with Bobby McFerrin, Rhiannon, and other amazing leaders at the Circlesongs workshop this summer and I want to share and explore more of what I learned! My intention in this workshop is for us to: sing in satisfyingharmony andrhythm, play with co-creating fresh songs that weimproviseand evolve together, explore how our unique voice is a part of thewhole,and hone our capacity tolistenand to let the music come through. Fundraiser Performance with Heidi Wilson and Friends Friday, May 29th, 7:30pm at the Plainfield Vermont Community Center. This evening of rich harmonies and compelling songs will feature Heidi Wilson and a number of the vocal ensembles that she has the fortune to sing with including: the Ollabelles, the Cider Singers, singer-songwriters Jennifer Jones and Lauren Akin, the Plainfield Community Singers, Dragonblood and more.
